For over three decades, I have worked alongside companies, governments, and agencies to create pathways toward reconciliation. My work includes designing and leading events, ceremonies, and training that bring Indigenous culture, teachings, and practices to the forefront. Rooted in Indigenous-led approaches, I create culturally safe spaces that build understanding, respect, and meaningful relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples. Through facilitation, policy development, conflict resolution, and cultural programming, I support organizations in moving beyond awareness into action, weaving reconciliation into their everyday practices.
