We, as a team strive to help indigenous organizations with consultation work and trainings. We wish to make these businesses grow and expand through our help. All our sessions are designed with these intentions and are made to help the community. With our 30 years experience we use our traditional knowledge, circle process and modern tools as one blended guide for others to learn and grow to the path forward.


Vicky's Story
Vicky is an Ojibway woman registered to Nipissing First Nation, residing along the beautiful shores of Lake Nipissing. With over 32 years of experience, she has worked locally, provincially, and nationally within Indigenous communities, provincial and national government departments, and non-governmental organizations. Vicky’s expertise spans a range of areas, including health program management, violence prevention, harm reduction and addictions, child well-being, and community development. Throughout her career, Vicky has served as a Director in Health Programs and has dedicated many years to providing facilitation and training across various sectors. She is a passionate advocate for the MMIWG movement and has worked closely with the inquiry to support families and victims. Most recently, Vicky has focused on providing Indigenous Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training to Indigenous lawyers, community workers, elders, and child welfare workers throughout Ontario. With her extensive skills in curriculum development and organizational training, she has successfully trained over 100 people, helping to bridge the gap and build stronger, culturally relevant confict resolution frameworks within Indigenous communities.

With a rich background in executive & communication coaching and speech-language pathology, Tanya specializes in guiding leaders and teams to develop their Conversational Intelligence® and engage in healthy, impactful dialogue. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies designed to build trust, presence, and infLuence in professional relationships. Raised in Northern Ontario and still deeply connected to its values of resilience, connection, and community, Tanya brings a grounded and authentic presence to her work. She also carries extensive experience working across diverse cultural contexts, both locally and internationally, including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, and Australia. Tanya’s commitment to empowering individuals to “lead with presence and influence” is reflected in her tailored coaching programs and dynamic workshops. She believes that authentic, healthy communication is the cornerstone of efFective leadership and organizational growth & impact—and she works diligently to help clients align their message with their intended impact.
