Consultation services grounded in decades of experience in social work, Indigenous conflict resolution, leadership development, Emotional Intelligence, and culturally responsive practice. Our work is centered in Indigenous ways of knowing, doing, and being—ensuring that every service is respectful, relational, and rooted in community values.

 

We walk alongside individuals, families, organizations, and communities to help build stronger, more connected systems of care and support.

What Our Consultation Can Include:


Turtle – Program & Service Development
Turtle reminds us of the land, of steady planning, and of building something lasting and
grounded.

Land-based service delivery includes working directly on the land, using sabtuans, teaching lodges, and seasonal cycles as teaching tools. We walk with communities to
bring ceremony, outdoor gatherings, and ancestral practices into the everyday work of healing, learning, and growth.

 

Eagle – Policy &  Document Support

Intergenerational Learning & Youth Mentorship
We include Indigenous youth and student interns in our consultation and training services, supporting a teaching model grounded in responsibility, relational learning, and community support.
