Biibaagmin – means - Connecting Voices in the Circle is a company where every conversation is a doorway to understanding, healing, and growth.
At Biibaagmin, individuals, families, and communities are walked through training, consultations, and mentorship in communications, leadership, and Indigenous Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Grounded in Indigenous knowledge and guided by deep listening, we create spaces where voices are heard, relationships are strengthened, and solutions are built together.
From the quiet of the circle to the energy of the boardroom, we help people connect, lead, and create lasting change.

WHAT GUIDES BIIBAAGMIN...
The Drum reminds us that every voice has value. Its heartbeat unites us in
rhythm, balance, and connection.
Listening is sacred. We listen with heart, spirit, mind, and body—to people, to
silence, to the land, and to what is not said.
The Circle represents equality. No one sits above or below—every voice
matters, and all are respected.
We connect through relationships. Healing and leadership begin when people
are truly seen, heard, and valued.
Our work is rooted in spirit, land, and story. We carry ancestral teachings
forward by walking together in a good way.
